Perhaps seeking to learn new coping tools or wanting to develop your self-care practices? When we bottle up emotions and feel disconnected to both ourselves and others it can be difficult to access healing, recovery, and growth. Counselling can provide a space to press pause from busyness or turmoil. Seeking a safe space to rest. reflect, and to feel restored.

In our sessions, I will provide a safe space for you to feel heard and accepted. As we build our connection, I offer evidence-based tools and guidance crafted to meet your needs and goals. Sessions may also include body-based practices for relaxation or the release of stored trauma. Virtual and in-person sessions are available for teens, adults, and groups.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor, Integrative Somatic Therapist, Registered 200-hour Yoga Teacher, and certified in Ayurvedic Nutrition.
