Telehealth Counselling (Virtual/Phone)
Press pause and take care of your mental wellbeing. Talk-based sessions are currently offered securely through the Jane App platform, or alternatively over the phone. As Julia's approach is person-centred, her approach adjusts to suit the needs of each client. Counselling is a collaborative process, and the therapeutic relationship is developed over the course of the sessions. Please book a free 15min consultation to decipher a right fit.
In-Person Therapy
Please contact Julia to inquire about or to schedule an in-person counselling session as space is limited. In-person therapy takes place at Julia's office in either New Westminster or Maple Ridge.
In-person sessions are available for talk therapy and Mindfulness-Based Somatic Therapy.
Curious what somatic therapy entails? This body-based approach integrates mindfulness, restorative yoga postures, breathwork, and emotional processing. This option provides a wonderful way to practice tools to destress, reconnect the mind and body, build a sense of safety, and more.
